At AOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
