Monarch Teaching & Training Careers is a semester-long, online Christian homeschool elective that explores the roles and responsibilities of educators and trainers. Students learn about teaching methods, classroom management, learning styles, and career opportunities in both academic and professional training settings.

With a biblical focus on leadership, mentorship, and service, the course encourages students to consider how their gifts can be used to guide and influence others. Interactive lessons help students see education as a calling to build up others for God’s purposes.
