Monarch Health Quest is a semester-long, online Christian homeschool elective that introduces students to the principles of physical, mental, and emotional health. Topics include nutrition, exercise, hygiene, personal safety, disease prevention, and the importance of healthy decision-making.

Students also explore how relationships, stress, and lifestyle choices impact overall well-being. With a biblical perspective on caring for the body as God’s creation, this course encourages students to develop lifelong habits that honor Him and support whole-person wellness.
